I can sum up my experience with George in one statement: George is the only agent I would ever use. After searching for a few months we put an aggressive offer down on a short-sale condo. The short-sale process is a complicated one, but George was there to help me though every step. It took us months of multiple offers, counter offers, roadblocks, and dead ends before we finally closed. George is amazing! The first day we met, we felt very comfortable with him
and he showed us quite a few town homes around Seattle. We fell in love with
one in Magnolia that someone had already made an offer on, but with enough
persistence, George got us the home! He is great, he will truly work for you
and put your needs first. He always made sure we were comfortable and
answered all questions we had about real estate, this being our first home.
We had an issue with the appraiser and George stepped in and helped us
beyond belief and I wish we could somehow repay the favor. We have so much
respect for him, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and so fun to be around.

In September 2009 I lost my job and knew I had to sell my home against the
advice of family, friends, and the media. I had no recourse if I wanted to
get on with my life. George was referred by an acquaintance who raved about
his professionalism and support for his clients. This was clear in our first
